The Hills Market Pantry is the proud, new outlet for Adam Bishop's "The Passionate Foodie" range of products. Wait a sec...let's allow Adam to speak for himself:
"After years of dreaming about it, renowned chef & caterer Adam Bishop, has finally released a range of his own gourmet products, perfect for making restaurant quality food in your own home. The line has been developed specifically for the passionate Australian who considers themselves a ‘Foodie’.... That is, someone who likes fresh and nutritious produce that tastes great and impresses friends! The range includes dipping sauces, seasoning flours (for salt & pepper squid/prawns, etc), garnishing oils and a candied balsamic that will excite the palate, and lets you serve traditionally complicated food in a simple way. The Passionate Foodies vision is to showcase the food of modern Australia - Un-complicated, effortless and flavor intense."

Welcome Aboard!
Well, here it is. Savoir Fare is the blog of the Hills Market Pantry, the gourmet shop in the Adelaide Hills Market. We're located in the Old Woollen Mill complex in the Heart of Lobethal.
We're looking forward to sharing with you regular thoughts, inspirational words of wisdom, delicious trends/recipes/fads and occasional (OK, perhaps frequent) humorous anecdotes. Of course, you are encouraged and expected to comment on any and all posts. After all, this adds to the robustness of this bit of blogdom.
So, sit back, relax with a preferred beverage and/or nibbly bit and join us on the gastronomic and vinophilic equivalent of Mr Toad's Wild Ride.
